The information which you provide on this form is used to enable your application to be processed and for us to send you further information about the college. Information you provide will be shared with Portsmouth City Council and Hampshire County Council to support them in delivery of statutory duties as outlined within the Education and Skills Act (2008), particularly the tracking and support of young people who are within a 'Not in Education, Employment or Training' (NEET) category. Once you are enrolled at the college information you provide is passed to the Chief Executive of Skills Funding (“the Skills Funding Agency”) and the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS). Where necessary it is also shared with the Department for Education, including the Education Funding Agency.
