There are a number of option units that can be selected to reflect individual job roles.

The Certificate and Diplomas in Management are designed to recognise occupational competence in Management and Leadership. They allow learners to apply knowledge, understanding and skills to a national occupation level required by employers, thus proving competency in their job role and cover such areas as setting team objectives, planning, allocating and monitoring work of the team, providing leadership, managing risks and planning change. At Level 7 the units focus on strategic management within an organisation.

There are a wide range of optional units covering different aspects of management and leadership, which allow the learner choice to select units in a specialist area, or to spread their choice of units across several specialist areas.

Who is it for?
